Since 1987, Robinson Real Estate has taken pride in the high levels of customer service provided to our relocation customers, property owner/investor clients and buyer/seller clients. There are three operating divisions within Robinson Real Estate: Relocation Services, Property Management Services, Buyer and Seller Services. 

Relocation Services

Operating since 1987, Robinson Real Estate (RRE) has established a broad customer and client base. The company presently provides management/relocation services for over 130 clients/customers. Relocation Services’ customers include: national pulp and paper manufacturers, national research and technology firms, executive recruiting firms, a national food distributor and many institutions such as universities, military facilities, hospital networks and others.


Relocation Services Overview
  • RRE conducts needs analysis for customer employees/students and explains the buying, selling or renting process
  • Selects the real estate specialist chosen for each employees’ or students' specific situation
  • Communicates with employee/student to check on satisfaction level and offer assistance
  • Conducts a follow-up survey to assist with continuous improvement of customer service


Property Management Services
Operating since 1987, managing over 400+ units with a mix of residential single family, multi-family and commercial property.
  • Find quality tenants for client’s property (credit check and employment/income verification)
  • Perform all maintenance
  • Collect rent and pay expenses related to the property (including mortgage payments, insurance, etc.)
  • Perform routine inspections of the property
  • Provide owner with a 1099 tax form each year
  • Offer reports on client’s property with respect to tenants, deposits, expenses, etc.
  • Monthly proceed statement (rental income, expense statements and receipts)


Sales Department
Operating since 1987, company received numerous national awards for production and recognition for outstanding service. Consisted of Multi-Million Dollar sales staff, over 80% graduates of Realtors Institute and/or Certified Residential Specialists, and was consistently the leader in market share of listings and sales in the operating area.
  • Buyer Services
  • Determines buyers’ needs (buyer analysis), determines financial capabilities, educates the buyer on the buying process and the market conditions, identifies target properties, assists buyer in offers and negotiations, helps facilitate closing, follows up with buyer to ensure expectations were met
  • Seller Services
  • Determines sellers’ needs (seller analysis), determines financial goals, educates the seller on the selling process and the market conditions, gives analysis of the property, performs market value assessment, creates marketing plan, assists seller with negotiations, helps facilitate closing, follows up with seller to ensure expectations were met
