Relocation Services Program
Students desiring RENTAL ASSISTANCE:
This is an optional service offered to assist students with finding property to rent (unfurnished or furnished).
  • Information on the destination city will be provided
  • Assistance will be provided by area property specialist who will analyze student’s needs and determine the proper match with regards to available rental property
  • A help-line is available for students to call with issues/questions
  • Rental Discounts available in certain U.S. cities for using RRE services

Students desiring BUYER SERVICES:
This is an optional service offered to assist students with purchasing a home or investment property.
  • A Relocation Specialist will conduct a phone interview with the student to determine location, specific needs, lifestyle, financial capability and time frame
  • There will be a consultation to explain/review the buying process, if needed
  • RRE will select a real estate broker in the designated area, experienced in working with relocating students and their families
  • The chosen agent will be responsible for the following services:
  • Provide information on designated area and local real estate market
  • Introduce students to specific properties that meet their needs
  • Provide tour of area for spouse or significant other and viewing of potential properties to purchase
  • Offer advice on location, market value of homes, assist in the evaluation process
  • Assist with arranging for interviews with mortgage lenders and estimate costs associated with purchase
  • Assist with all aspects of the buying process, from the offer to purchase through the closing
  • RRE will communicate with the student to make sure the service provided is meeting their expectations
